At 27, the former restaurant manager has jumped feet first into Vancouvers housing market competing with 12,000 other realtors to be a “go-to real estate guy.” Vancouvers red-hot housing market was thrown into the deep freeze by the global meltdown. Montreal Real Estate – worst building ever

This is a triplex that I visited today. This building is in dire need of either tearing down or some sort of super handyman special. The ceiling was leaking water, the air smelled of urine, the floors were all uneven and wobbly, the walls torn apart and the exterior looking like an earthquake had hit it.
