What is the top realty company in the west coast?

I’m not really looking for the ones that sell expensive homes. I’m looking for a major realtor that sells average homes and lists rentals also. On the east coast, RE/MAX is like that.

For the most part, the company name doesn’t mean anything – every company has their good agents and lousy ones. What good does it do you if someone tells you the name of a good company, but you end up with a lousy agent from that company. Get recommendations from friends, family, and co-workers…

If you’re interested in renting – go to Craigs list.com- they list rentals for every state and even the islands……..I would go with the big companies if you’re looking to buy—-if you don’t see anything on craigs list because they list houses for sale also….try coldwell banker, remax, century 21 are just a few- you can view their websites for the areas that you are interested in and go from there………good luck…….try craigs list first……there’s no fee involved and you and the renter/seller benefit from that.
