May 12, 2010 - 2:28 am

If we are to …
If we are to bailout these guys how about a condition: that from now on forever there shall be no speculation in real estate of any kind and the way to do this is to tax 100% the increase of land value which is 90% + of the increase of real estate values when times are good. There should not be too much push back on this condition because everyone knows that land value is completely 100% created by the community and not by anything anyone does. At the same time untax increases in improvements

Very cool video …
Very cool video right on. These ware house holes are threatening to sue our township right now for huge warehouse complex approvals in wet lands . When new jersey now has 2 or 3 hundred million square feet of new and old warehousing space vacant . Drive down the new jersey turnpike between exit 9 and 7 and see the huge warehouses all vacant. But the holes are still building more. Guess they want to store air and empty boxes.Or these guys are getting the free money and blowing it.

Many errors in …
Many errors in these sentences.
Higher classes have a better access to spending, that should be obvious since it can be used as a definition of being rich.
Being higher class also opens the door to be over extended, more than the lower classes.
The last bit is obviously the worse: removing an access to spending wont change poverty level.
