Only partly correct …
Only partly correct: the Space Shuttle itself, i.e. the orbiter, does not have any destruct devices. Only the Solid Rocket Boosters are equipped with destruct devices.
The destruct devices of the Solid Rocket Boosters had been used one time in history of the Shuttle era by the way: after the External Tank of Challenger broke apart, which destroyed the orbiter. After that, the SRB’s continued firing but got out of control until the range safety officer commanded their destruction.

They dont have TCAS …
They dont have TCAS, but a self destruct system. Every rocket, even the shuttle, would be destroyed by the range safety officer if it gets out of control.
Btw. that’s not a shuttle but a Delta II rocket.

nasa has fighters …
nasa has fighters flying around the air space and all air space is probated to fly around when the space shuttle is cleared to take off and believe me no matter how fast it goes it the odds of the space shuttle reaching an aircraft is one and a million even if something goes wrong it will either blow up and if they lose controls they dump all rockets and glide back down
