why is it,if the value of US dollar goes down,real-estates tends to increase in value?

March 4, 2010 - 2:11 pm 3 Comments

but today both value of money and property are going down?
what is the ultimate reason why are the real estate in US is falling?

Because this time, the decline in the dollar is accompanied by a simutaneous credit cruch and increased risk. Any increase in foreign demand for RE assets that is caused by the lower value of the dollar is being trumped by reduced demand and increased supply from lower credit availability and higher volatility.

real estates investment coaching program is a rip off, what can i do to get my money back?

March 2, 2010 - 4:07 pm 1 Comment

I was required to use my credit card to recived their coaching and sign a form that i could not get a refond. but now after 3 mounths i know this is clearly a scam. but because of the sign form i feel helpless. what cam i do?

You typically have 60 days to dispute a credit card charge. Even though you are past that point, I would go ahead and file a dispute with the credit card company. As far as getting it back from the company, if it is really a scam the odds are the you won’t be able to even deal with them.

I am sorry for the loss, but in the future dispute any charge within 60 days if you even suspect there’s a problem.

What is the best field of investment, the oil, the stocks market ,or the real estates?

February 28, 2010 - 5:22 pm 3 Comments

Um, after watching what is currently happening to the countries economy I would have to guess oil would be good. The stock market has been slowly dropping along with real estate. If we were to get out of this housing slump the real estate it would be a good investment. The good thing about oil is that the price of it is rising so that means the profit that is coming out of it is quite a good pay. It does flow out of the earth does it not? Please wait for some other opinions, mine may not serve as the most accurate.

tip: i would constantly watch the current economic status for more guidance.

how do i become a real estates agent? what qualification should i have. is the salary is good?

February 26, 2010 - 2:13 pm 2 Comments

im on my final year degree student from malaysia.

It cost me about 600 to get my license and 6 weeks. It costs 100 dollars each time you take the test and there are 2 parts. State and federal. I failed the state part on my first try passed the second time. I didnt have to wait 6 mo. I only waited a week to take it again. I think if you fail it 3 times, you have to wait like 1 month to take it again, but i dont remember.

Being a real estate agent now is probably the worst time. You make no money and you might not even see your first paycheck for 3 months or more. If you really work hard (like 12 hours a day 7 days a week and learn everything about loan programs, then you can be one of those lucky agents that make 100K to 300k per year. But just so you know, those people that make 300k per year are spending tons on advertising. My real estate teacher told me that for every 1,000 dollars you spend on ads, you should make about 5,000

February 24, 2010 - 2:13 pm 2 Comments

One of the requirements is to take one principles of real estate class. However you can take the class on line or by correspondence and it is really easy. It won’t take you more than a few hours.

Does anyone know any tips to pass my real estates exam?

any tips? on math and any other tips is needed. Thank you very much!

Yes, study. Seriously, even with math, practicing problems can make all the difference. You will be faster and more confident.

Also, if they publish practice exams, buy a book and do them. It will be good practice and often, on these standardized tests, they repeat questions.

Good luck!!
