I’d like to sell my house to pay off some high interest debt. I’m not sure if I have the equity to net enough from the sell to make it worth the move.

I should be able to sell the house for 155k, at least, and owe 137. I’d like to net 12k.

What I don’t know is, how much am I going to pay in closing costs? With and without a realtor. I would prefer to use a realtor, but not sure how much this costs.

I am not sure what to do. Any advice would be appreciated!

Don’t use a realtor. THey charge a ridiculous amount of money for the work that you cna do yourself if you are willing to do the research

First, check your counties property appraisers website for the recent sales of homes in your neighborhood. Find similar homes that sold and use the number as a basis for your home.

Next advertise the home anywhere you can. there are multiple websites you can use to market your home.

When you finally find a buyer, hire a real estate attorney to handle the paper work for you. They will do this for a fraction of the price you would have paid a realtor. if your homes value is really 155k then you could expect to pay as much as $9300.

sry its confusing, but im in the market to buy my first home on a tight budget and my realtor is sending me emails of homes I don’t like. When I look for myself online I find homes I really interested in but have numbers to other realtors so do I have to change realtors for this home or does my original realtor still help me?

That depends on where you are. Assuming you are in North America, where the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) shows properties submitted by all the real estate board or association members, then you can generally have your realtor help you with any property.

Some countries, such as the UK are different, and there are some properties that never end up on the MLS, even in North America, because they get bought (using inside information) before the real estate agent even lists them.

A Bachelor man, Nadeem is excited as today he would be meeting a girl called Nazia along with his parents and decide whether or not she would be his life partner or not. Nadeem and his parents meet the girl and his parents and they do not approve the girl, as she is dark in colour. That night when Nadeem goes to sleep, he sees a dream. In the dream he comes across a man called NAFS

NAFS: “ O my master, what can I do for you”?

Within a blink of the eye, the NAFS is present with a beautiful fair girl with lovely wide eyes who is dressed in a bridal outfit.

Nadeem: “ Wow! She is so beautiful.”

Nadeem asks the girl her name. The Girl identifies herself.

The girl: “ My name is Dream”

Nadeem: “ Where do you hail from?"

Dream: “ I live in your subconscious. I can visit you only when you are asleep”

Nadeem: “ You mean I can never get to marry you in reality?”

Dream: “ No.”

Nadeem: “ O NAFS why the hell have you brought this girl who does not exist in reality?”

NAFS: “ Because Master, she is the most beautiful girl according to you and as she said, she lives in your subconscious. Well you can enjoy being with her as long as you are asleep. The same with me, I shall vanish as soon as you wake up.”

Nadeem: “ Then how can I get nearer to her in reality?”

NAFS: “ Well, it is possible only in one situation, I can put her inside the body of Nazia whom you and your parents rejected this evening”

Nadeem: “ But Nazia is dark and Dream is exactly the opposite of her in appearance”

NAFS: “ But at least you alone would be knowing that inside Nazia exists your Dream.”

Nadeem: “ Well but Nazia is not the delight of my eyes and not only that, others will laugh at me for marrying Nazia”

NAFS: “ Well, then the world you live in is really ridiculous because they want to run away from realties. We here who live in your dreams know that Materialistic Perfection does not exist in the real world that you live in.”

At this point Nadeem wakes up from his sleep and just ponders over his dream. He takes a decision there and there that he would marry Nazia and he conveys this to his parents who somehow are convinced by Nadeem but they are as astonished as to what changed his decisions overnight.

Nadeem: “ Well Mom and Dad, there is nothing like perfect beauty. Contentment is what truly makes everything look beautiful”

But really he made the wrong decision. He should have gone to Nazia and said "Nazia, you know you deserve someone better than me. I am just a racist, lustful, perverted dirtbag jerk. I’m going to go kill myself now. Bye"

I woke up today and saw that $75 million was in my bank account so I call my real estate agent and bought a sweet new pad:
